25 towels. There's no upper limit — we produce orders of all sizes. Volume pricing kicks in automatically at 50+ towels.

Pricing is per towel and depends on material and quantity. Sand-Free Microfiber is $35/towel (25–49) and $30/towel (50+). Plush Cotton is $40/towel (25–49) and $35/towel (50+). Every order includes a full edge-to-edge custom design and brand color matching. Shipping is billed separately — $100 per 25 towels and $175 per 50 towels.

Plush Cotton (100% cotton, 400 GSM) has a soft, hotel-quality hand-feel with a sheared terry printed face and white terry-loop backing — best for resort retail and premium gifting. Sand-Free Microfiber (400 GSM) is thick, highly absorbent, quick-drying, and sand-free, with the most vivid edge-to-edge print and the best value. Both are 30" × 60".

30–45 days from design approval, including delivery. Microfiber is the fastest material to produce, so it's the best choice for tighter deadlines. If you have a firm event date, include it when you submit your brief and we'll advise on what's achievable. We don't start production until you've approved the final design.

Your design is printed edge to edge across the full face of the towel in full color — not heat-pressed as a patch in the corner. The dye-based print is permanent: it won't crack, peel, or fade with washing and use.
