It depends on the material. Suede Microfiber starts at 25 towels — the lowest minimum on any towel we make. 100% Cotton starts at 50, and the Cooling Towel starts at 100. There's no upper limit, and volume pricing kicks in automatically at 100+ (250+ on the cooling towel).
Pricing is per towel and depends on material and quantity. Suede Microfiber is $15/towel (25–99) and $12/towel (100+). 100% Cotton is $15/towel (50–99) and $12/towel (100+). The Cooling Towel is $12/towel (100–249) and $10/towel (250+). Every order includes a full custom design and brand color matching.
Suede Microfiber (200 GSM) is light, quick-drying and packs down small — the everyday gym-bag towel, and the one with the lowest minimum. 100% Cotton (400 GSM) is the heavyweight: plush, highly absorbent, digitally printed on one side with a white terry back — best where the towel should feel substantial. The Cooling Towel (160 GSM) is a technical fabric that chills when damp and is antibacterial — built for races, outdoor events and summer heat rather than the locker room.
Suede Microfiber: 16" × 31" (40 × 80 cm) or 20" × 39" (50 × 100 cm). 100% Cotton: 13" × 31" (34 × 80 cm) or 20" × 39" (50 × 100 cm). Cooling Towel: 12" × 39" (30 × 100 cm). Sizes can be customized on every material — if you need a specific dimension, tell us in your brief and we'll quote it. Note that a custom size on the cotton towel changes the stitched edge, and larger sizes cost more per towel.
Yes — on the Suede Microfiber and Cooling towels, which are sublimation printed on one side or both. The 100% Cotton towel is digitally printed on one face, with white terry on the back. On microfiber you can also go the other way and use an embroidered or silkscreen logo instead of a full print.

4–6 weeks from design approval, including delivery. Microfiber and cooling towels are the fastest to produce; the cotton towel runs longer, so plan around 5–7 weeks for that one. If you have a firm event or race date, include it when you submit your brief and we'll advise on what's achievable. We don't start production until you've approved the final design.
